Family of four, need bigger space, kids ke school admissions bhi hain. My budget is around ₹1.8 Cr. Projects like Prestige or My Home in Financial District are way above that for 3BHKs. Should I consider Narsingi or Kokapet for better value, ya phir wait karna chahiye? RRR ka impact kitna hoga?

Yaar, absolutely same boat. Gachibowli toh ab investment zone ban gaya hai, end-users ke liye kuch bacha hi nahi. My budget is similar, and I'm also looking at Narsingi or Kokapet. It feels like the only sensible options left for a decent 3BHK without breaking the bank. The initial post perfectly captures my dilemma.

Haan, Narsingi is the next best bet for sure. But don't expect Gachibowli level amenities or immediate returns overnight.
