3C Lotus 300: Usable space and society vibe for empty nesters?

Did a site visit to 3C Lotus 300 on Saturday and honestly wasn't expecting this. Kids have moved out, so looking for a manageable, compact flat. The carpet area felt a bit small for the price. Residents, does it feel spacious enough daily? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, especially for older folks? Hospital proximity bhi important hai.
