Guys, I'm seriously panicking here. Ameya Sapphire possession was supposed to be in August, so it was already 3 months late from what the builder promised. Now, just 4 months after getting the keys, I'm seeing multiple cracks in the living room wall and dampness in one of the bedrooms. This is a 4 Crore flat! Is this normal for new constructions in Gurugram? What did you do if you faced something similar? I'm so worried about resale value and the never-ending maintenance issues already.
