4 months in Krishna Kunj, still figuring out the basics

₹65 lakh for a 3BHK in Krishna Kunj felt like a good deal back in March when I got possession. We moved in about four months ago, and honestly, some things are still a bit of a surprise. The water supply situation, for instance, isn't always municipal; we sometimes rely on tankers. Is this normal for the area or just our society? Also, the power cuts are more frequent than I expected, especially during summer afternoons. Our building has DG backup, but it's not always seamless. And parking... that's another story. The designated spots are okay, but guests often struggle. Anyone else living here faced similar issues? Just trying to get a real sense of what to expect long-term.
