₹95 lakh for my SBP Group 3BHK in Sector 49, possession was in March. The under-construction wait felt endless, but I thought I saved. Now, four months in, I'm finding lots of small issues – finishes, plumbing. Things you don't spot during visits. Was ready-to-move actually the smarter, less stressful choice?
