4 months searching, still confused about true Delhi property costs

4 months ho gaye, wife aur main Delhi mein ek 2BHK ya compact 3BHK dekh rahe hain. Kids ab settle ho gaye hain, toh Punjabi Bagh wala bada ghar bech diya. Ab bas Vasant Kunj ya Dwarka mein low-maintenance flat chahiye, elevator aur hospital paas ho. Suri Buildtech ke kuch projects dekhe hain, base price ₹1.5 Cr ke aas paas hai. But yaar, yeh all-in cost ka calculation samajh nahi aa raha. Builder sirf property price batata hai, phir parking, PLC, stamp duty, registration, interiors... kitna extra lag jaata hai total mein? Kya Delhi mein builders se negotiation possible hai, especially for a 2BHK around ₹1.5-2 Cr? Kitna realistically knock off kar sakte hain? Hidden charges ka bhi darr hai possession ke time.
