40 saal purana ghar bech diya, ab Noida mein chhota flat chahiye. Kids have moved out, don't need such a big place. But honestly, builders ki construction quality dekh ke darr lagta hai. Everyone glorifies 'amenities' but nobody talks about the seepage and shoddy fittings after a year. Jaise Omaxe India Trade Centre mein bhi, I've heard stories. Ye jo fancy clubhouses hain, kya sach mein use hote hain ya bas showoff? Aur maintenance charges? Sky-high, par service quality zero. Is it just me? Change my mind.

Omaxe India Trade Centre ka Possession date 2019-12-01 tha. Kya sach mein us date pe possession mila tha ya delay hua tha? Kyunki delays mein builders ki asliyat pata chalti hai. And has anyone checked their RERA number UPRERAPRJ6205 for complaints?

U4, possession toh time pe mila tha mostly, but finishings mein kaafi issues the. My friend got a unit there, took ages to fix the snags.

Maintenance charges toh aise badhate hain jaise five-star hotel ho, aur service ke naam pe zero. My uncle booked a flat in Alpha I Greater Noida, same story, regret kar rahe hain ab.
