Sai Upvan better than Dwarka Anamika? Thoughts?

Dwarka Anamika is still upcoming, so obviously risky. Sai Upvan mein at least you can see what you're getting for that price. But carpet area ka kya scene hai? Kisi ne compare kiya hai? ROI wise, which one makes more sense in the long run?

I'd say check the RERA website religiously for both projects. Delays are common in Noida.

Sector 143 is definitely the place to be in the future. Metro connectivity is a huge plus. But still, that 'IF' about Dwarka Anamika delivering is a big one.

I live near Sai Upvan. The location is good, peaceful. But the construction quality... I'm not so sure.

Carpet area is a major issue. I visited Sai Upvan last week and felt the rooms were quite cramped compared to the sample flat.

ROI wise, I think Dwarka Anamika has more potential IF they deliver on time. Sector 143 is developing fast. But that's a big IF.

I agree with you U1. Dekhne mein toh Sai Upvan is a safer bet. Anamika ke brochures are flashy but reality kuch aur hi hoti hai.
