posted on 27 MarThinking of buying in Noida - Dridha Alpha or A S Homes?
I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75 and looking to upgrade. Shortlisted two options in Noida. Dridha Alpha is ready to move, costing around 35L. A S Homes is upcoming, maybe 30L. I'm a bit confused. Dridha Alpha mein, at least I can see what I'm getting, but A S Homes is cheaper. But is it worth the risk of waiting for possession? I'm also wondering about carpet area. Does anyone know which project gives more usable space? Also, for long-term investment, which one is better for a 5-year horizon? What does the community think? Which would you pick and why?

One thing to consider is the upcoming Jewar airport. It's going to impact property values in the long run. Which location is closer to the airport?
I think Dridha Alpha is better, but only if the society is well-maintained. Check the reviews and talk to current residents.
Did you check the floor plan for both projects? Sometimes, the layout makes a big difference in how usable the space is.
What did you end up deciding? Dridha Alpha or A S Homes? Curious to know!
Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite. If you can stomach the risk and wait, A S Homes might be worth it. Otherwise, Dridha Alpha is the safer choice.
Dridha Alpha mein, have you checked the construction quality? Old construction can have hidden issues. Get a home inspection done before finalizing.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Booked an 'upcoming' project, still waiting for possession. Dridha Alpha seems like a safer bet, but negotiate hard on the price!
Sector 75 is good, but consider the carpet area and the society's reputation. Dridha Alpha should give you more usable space compared to the new projects which are always trying to squeeze in more units.
True. Usable space is more important than the sq ft on paper.
Rising rates are a concern. If you wait too long, even A S Homes might end up costing more. It's a tough call. But due diligence is key.
A S Homes ka RERA number check karo. See if they've been penalized for delays before. It's a red flag if they have.
Good point! RERA website is your best friend. Don't trust anything the builder says without verifying it there.
I'd pick Dridha Alpha. Peace of mind is worth the extra 5L. Waiting for possession is a headache and a half. Been there, done that. Never again!
Yaar, Noida Extension mein toh builders are still delaying projects left and right. Be very cautious with under-construction properties.
True that! Noida Extension is a minefield. Dil se dua karo ki possession mil jaye on time.
Check the builder's financial stability. If they're in debt, the project might get stalled. It's a risk with A S Homes, especially if they're offering such a low price.
A S Homes might be cheaper now, but consider the extra rent you'll be paying while waiting for possession. That adds up! Calculate the total cost over 5 years before deciding.
I bought in Sector 150 three years ago. Promised everything, delivered half. Amenities are still incomplete. Don't fall for the 'upcoming' trap. Dridha Alpha is better in that sense.
Sector 150 is a prime example! So much potential, but builder promises are just that – promises. Amenities ka toh bhool hi jao.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builders promise the moon and deliver a crater.
For long-term investment, location is key. Sector 75 is pretty developed. Check the connectivity, metro station proximity, and future development plans for both projects. That'll give you a better idea.
Dridha Alpha mein society maintenance charges kya hai? That's a recurring cost you need to factor in. Also, resale value dekho. Which one has better potential?
Dridha Alpha seems like a safer bet if you can afford it. Seeing is believing, right? Upcoming projects in Noida are always a gamble. A S Homes, naam toh suna hai par track record kaisa hai?
35L for a 2BHK in Sector 75? Bhai, rates are going up. Dridha Alpha might be a good deal considering it's ready to move. But check the carpet area carefully. Builders are notorious for inflating the super area.
Exactly! Super area ka chakkar hai sab. Make sure you get it in writing and verified. I know someone who got cheated badly.
Haan yaar, carpet area is the real deal. Super area toh sirf dikhawa hai. Measure it yourself before finalizing anything.
