Personally, I'd pick Palm Olympia. The social infrastructure is better developed. Schools, hospitals, shopping... everything is closer. Sai Upvan feels isolated.

Bhai, Palm Olympia is already pretty populated. Sai Upvan abhi under construction hai. ROI depends on how fast Noida Extension develops. Risk appetite batao apna?

Distance is a factor, true. But Sai Upvan's green area is a big plus. Palm Olympia is too congested IMO. But resale value is a valid concern. Koi expert batao yaar!

I invested in Palm Olympia 3 years ago. Rate has doubled. Sai Upvan... not so sure. It's too far from the metro line. Connectivity is key in Noida.
