Lotus Greens Isle is highway robbery, tbh.

Brys Vega Tower seems way more realistic. Who actually pays 14 cr in Noida? Carpet area in Lotus Greens better be HUGE for that price. What's the resale value like?

Bottom line: Lotus Greens Isle is a hard pass for me. Too expensive, too risky.

Anyone considered ATS Knightsbridge? Seems like a better value proposition in comparison.

So, is anyone actually going ahead with Lotus Greens Isle? What's the plan?

P
Priya Krishnan28 Mar

I'm staying away. Too much risk for that kind of money. I'd rather invest in commercial property.

Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Same story every time.

A
Arun Das28 Mar

Be careful — this builder has 3 delayed projects in Noida Extension. Buyer beware!

Tejinder Bedi28 Mar

Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake in Supertech Emerald Court. Only paying for half done project.

I think it's all about creating hype. They're hoping some rich NRI will bite the bait.

R
Ravi Reddy28 Mar

True. But I think property rates are inflated everywhere right now. Even Faridabad is expensive!

K
Kritika Bajaj28 Mar

Don't forget the maintenance charges! These luxury apartments charge a fortune.

d
dinesh.pant.202428 Mar

True that! Maintenance charges are a silent killer. Check that before booking!

What about the possession status of Brys Vega Tower? Anyone has updates? Asking for a friend.

j
jagdeep.sidhu.12328 Mar

Last I heard, possession is delayed. Check their RERA filings for the latest updates.

I
Ishani Ghosh28 Mar

Brys Vega Tower is decent, but even that is overpriced. Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. They're quoting much higher.

Tejinder Bedi28 Mar

Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with another builder. Promised the moon, delivered a crater. Be careful, guys!

14 cr mein you can buy a villa in Jaypee Greens! What's the logic here?

v
vaibhavmittal28 Mar

Exactly! Villa is better than an apartment for that price. More space, more privacy.

r
rekha.kapoor12328 Mar

Maybe they're targeting NRIs? They're used to paying exorbitant prices back in the West.

A
Aditya Arora28 Mar

Anyone know the carpet area of those Lotus Greens apartments? That's the real question.

m
mohit_bajaj_2024728 Mar

4000 sqft bhi kam hai for that price! My independent house in Sector 44 is bigger than that!

a
ajay_goel202528 Mar

I heard it's around 4000 sqft for the 4BHKs. Still, 14 cr seems steep.

M
Manisha Tandon28 Mar

Totally agree yaar, 14 cr mein toh Gurgaon mein better options mil jaate hain. Noida mein itna kaun invest karega?

P
Priya Krishnan28 Mar

Bhai, resale value is always a gamble. Depends on the market. But 14cr, even for a prime location in Noida, feels excessive. What's the USP anyway?

R
Ravi Reddy28 Mar

USP toh 'luxury' hi hoga, aur kya? But luxury ke naam pe chuna lagate hain yeh builders. Has anyone actually visited the site?

G
Ganesh Rao28 Mar

I did. Show flat was impressive, but construction progress was slow. Also, the road leading there is a mess.

a
arun.das.pqr28 Mar

Haan yaar, access is key. Sector 150 mein bhi same problem hai kuch societies mein.

y
yuvraj_kapoor_202528 Mar

Slow construction is a red flag. RERA registration number check karo. See if they're meeting deadlines.
