Confused between Brys Vega and Aryavan Residency, need help!

I'm in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Brys Vega Tower is ready to move, which is a plus. Aryavan Residency is completed too. Carpet area efficient kaunsa hai? Investment ke liye, which one's better for 5-year appreciation? Off the record opinions chahiye.

Just a heads up - Sector 75 mein traffic bahut rehta hai. Factor that into your decision.

Did you check the amenities in both societies? Swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, etc. Make sure they are well-maintained.

Metro toh Sector 137 bhi aa raha hai, Brys Vega is close to that. Think long term, U6.
