Max Estate 128 II vs Sampada: Which one, Noida?

Max Estate 128 II is upcoming, toh risk hai. Sampada Shramdeep is ready, but carpet area kam hai, suna hai. Which one is better for investment, ya phir family ke liye? Batao bhai!

Don't just look at carpet area. Also consider the amenities. Max Estate might have better amenities for families.

Sampada is ready to move, so no risk of builder delay. But U1 is right, carpet area is tiny. I saw a 3BHK there, felt like a 2BHK.

Dekho, if you are looking for immediate rental income, Sampada is better. Else, Max has potential for appreciation if the market goes up.
