Okay I'll say what no one says: Ajnara Ambrosia's green area is a lie. Sampada Shramdeep, though older, feels safer for the children. Change my mind. Which has better schools nearby?

Okay, thanks for all the insights everyone. Seems like both have their issues. Will need to do more research. Maybe Sector 150 is a better option after all?
Ultimately, it boils down to what you value more – modern amenities or established community. Choose wisely!
So, what did you decide to do? Did you end up going with Sampada or Ambrosia?
Be careful – Ajnara has 3 delayed projects in Noida. Do your research before investing.
Both have pros and cons. Depends on your priorities and budget. Visit both properties and talk to residents before making a decision.
Another thing to consider is the parking situation. Is there enough parking space in Ambrosia? Heard it's a problem.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Sector 74 is still around 5-6k. Is Ambrosia worth the extra money?
Ambrosia mein possession mila kya sabko? I'm still waiting for mine. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol.
Possession is a major issue. Check RERA registration and file a complaint if delayed beyond the stipulated time. Don't take their promises at face value.
I visited Ambrosia last month. The 'green area' they showed was literally just grass. No trees, no proper landscaping. Disappointed.
I bought in Sampada 5 years ago. It's not fancy, but it's home. My kids have grown up playing in the park. It's safe, peaceful, and affordable. Can't complain.
Don't just look at the green area. Check the amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake. Swimming pool is still not functional after 3 years!
Ambrosia is good if you want a modern apartment and are willing to pay a premium. Sampada is better if you prioritize space and community.
Sampada Shramdeep is older, but the flats are bigger and the community feeling is stronger. Ambrosia feels very impersonal.
What about the resale value? Which one is a better investment?
Resale value depends on so many factors. Location, floor, facing, condition of the flat. But generally, newer properties tend to appreciate faster. Ambrosia might have a slight edge.
Dekho, Sector 74 is developing rapidly with the metro extension. Both should see good appreciation in the long run.
Ajnara ka naam sunke hi darr lagta hai. Their track record is terrible. Delayed projects everywhere.
Totally disagree. Ambrosia is much newer and better maintained. Sampada feels old and cramped. Maybe it's safer, but it's also kinda depressing. Bachhon ke liye modern amenities bhi toh chahiye.
Maintenance is a joke in Ambrosia. Lift kharab hoti rehti hai, security bhi dhili hai. Newer doesn't always mean better, bhai.
Schools are definitely better near Ambrosia. Genesis Global School is right there. Sampada mein you're looking at Ryan or DPS, which are a bit further.
Ambrosia's construction quality is questionable. I heard there were issues with seepage in some flats. Anyone else experienced this?
Yes! Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Bathroom mein seepage tha. Builder ne repair toh kar diya, but it was a hassle.
Sector 74 mein traffic bahut zyada hai. Getting to school during peak hours is a nightmare from Ambrosia. Keep that in mind.
Ajnara Ambrosia overrated? Thoda toh hai. I agree, the 'green area' is mostly for show. Sampada Shramdeep has actual parks. But schools? Ambrosia has some decent options nearby. What are your specific concerns?
