Lotus Greens Isle: Who actually buys these?

Okay I'll be honest - I'm selling my big house now that kids have moved out. Looking at Brys Vega Tower for something manageable. But Lotus Greens Isle? Who are they even targeting? So expensive! Carpet area wise, is it worth it? Maintenance charges kitne honge? Change my mind.

Bhai, Lotus Greens Isle is for the ultra-rich types. Doctors, businessmen, senior management... those kinds. Carpet area definitely won't justify the price, it's the brand and exclusivity you're paying for.

Totally agree yaar. It's more about the address than the actual space. Brys Vega is a much more practical choice for downsizing. Sector 150 mein rates are already high, so Isle is another level.
