Ambrosia vs Aryavan: Noida reality check on carpet area

Been checking Ajnara Ambrosia and Capital Ultratechomes Aryavan. Ambrosia looks premium, but is it worth the extra cost? Carpet area sahi hai kya? Already have a 2BHK... confused about upgrading. Thoughts?

Aryavan has better green spaces compared to Ambrosia. If you like greenery, Aryavan is the better choice.

RERA registration number check karo dono ka. And also check for any pending litigation against the builder.

Sector 150 is the new hot spot. But be prepared to pay a premium.

Ultimately, it depends on your priorities and budget. Do a thorough comparison before making a decision.

So, what did you decide? Ambrosia or Aryavan? Curious to know!

Aryavan is closer to the expressway, which is a plus point for connectivity. Ambrosia is a bit interior.

I checked Aryavan last month. The construction quality seemed average. Ambrosia is definitely better in terms of build quality.

Don't just look at the premium look. Check the builder's track record, the amenities, and the connectivity. All these factors matter.

Market is crazy right now. Interest rates are going up. So think twice before upgrading.

Mera ek dost Ajnara mein phasa hua hai. They promised a swimming pool and gym, but still not complete after 5 years!

Bhai, both are good projects. But personally, I would prefer Aryavan. It's a more peaceful location. Ambrosia is too crowded.

I invested in Sector 150 three years back. Prices have almost doubled. But maintenance charges are killing me.

Carpet area to RERA mein defined hai na? Why are people still confused? Go by the RERA carpet area only.

RERA carpet area is the legal standard, yes. But builders still find ways to play around with it. Always measure yourself after possession.

Which floor are you looking at? Ground floor avoid karna, dampness problem hota hai.

2BHK se upgrade kar rahe ho? What's your budget? Sector 150 is good, but prices have shot up like crazy. Metro connectivity bhi aa rahi hai.

Ambrosia mein possession mila kya kisi ko? Last I heard, there were delays.

Delay to Ajnara ka trademark hai. Check consumer forums before investing.

Haan yaar, delayed projects are a major concern. RERA complaint file karne mein bhi time waste hota hai.

Aryavan is more value for money, in my opinion. Specially if you are looking for a bigger carpet area within a budget.

Ajnara group is known for its quality but sometimes they delay projects. Do your research well before investing.

Ambrosia is good, no doubt. But Aryavan is also decent and definitely easier on the pocket. Carpet area ka issue to sab jagah hai bhai. Check RERA docs for both projects.

Carpet area is a big scam! Builders always inflate the super area. Ajnara has a good reputation, but still, verify everything yourself. Don't just go by the premium look.

Exactly! Premium look se kya hoga agar ghar chota nikla toh? Been there, done that!

Haan, bhai. My friend booked in Ambrosia. He is complaining about the actual space after possession.
