ACE Terra timelines - realistic or delayed, guys?

Hey guys, what are your thoughts on ACE Terra? Yeh jo latest construction update video hai, it says all the towers' structure is ready, with interior work going on. But, honestly, how often do projects like this actually stick to the promised possession dates? I'm thoda worried about delays. Anyone else investing here or have experience with ACE Group projects? Kya lagta hai, time pe mil jayega ghar?
