Emaar CG Village: Possession dates realistic lagte hain?

Has anyone checked out the Emaar Commonwealth Games Village video? Showing a 4BHK there. Looks nice, but I'm concerned about the possession timelines. Video mein toh kuch nahi bataya specific date. Emaar ka track record Delhi NCR mein kaisa hai? Are they usually on time, ya delays hote hain? I'm planning to invest, but thoda darr lag raha hai. Any experience with Emaar projects and their actual delivery dates? Mujhe pata chahiye.
