Noida property: Godrej Woods or Radicon Vedantam better ROI?

Godrej Woods looks fancy, but carpet area kitna hai? Radicon Vedantam is ready to move. Which one will give better rent? Investment ke liye sahi rahega?

I'm leaning towards Vedantam. Rent is my priority right now.

So, what did you decide, OP? Godrej or Radicon?

Ultimately, it depends on your personal preferences and risk tolerance. Both are decent options in Noida.

I'd say Vedantam for rental income right now. Godrej Woods for future appreciation IF they deliver on the promises.

New metro line is coming up near Sector 43. That will definitely boost property prices in that area.

Exactly! That's why I'm considering Godrej Woods. Long-term potential is huge.

Don't forget to factor in the registration charges and stamp duty. It adds up!

True! Registration charges are a killer. Budget accordingly.

Vedantam is a safer bet. Less risk, immediate returns. Godrej Woods is a gamble, but potentially higher reward.

Market is crazy right now! Rates are going up every month. If you're serious, don't delay too much.

Haan yaar, prices are insane. I bought in Sector 75 last year, and it's already appreciated a lot.

Vedantam is ready to move, so you can start earning rent immediately. Godrej Woods will take at least another year or two, right?

Bhai, builder ka track record dekho. Godrej is generally reliable. Radicon... not so sure.

Anyone living in Vedantam? How's the society maintenance and overall living experience?

Possession mila kya Vedantam mein? Heard there were some delays initially.

Possession is mostly complete. Few towers are still pending, I think. Check RERA website for latest updates.

Godrej Woods mein 2BHK ka approx price kya chal raha hai? Anyone has any idea?

I think Godrej Woods is overpriced. You're paying for the brand name. Vedantam is more value for money, especially if you're looking for rent.

Agree! Godrej is good, but not always the best ROI. Consider other options in the area as well.

Noida Extension mein bhi options hai, but connectivity isn't as good as Sector 16C or 43. Think long term.

T

Godrej Woods is definitely fancy looking, but Vedantam ka location advantage hai. Sector 16C is prime. Rent toh Vedantam mein zyada milna chahiye right now since it's ready?

Carpet area is a big factor. Godrej Woods ka brochure check karo. They usually inflate the super area. Rent depends on the demand, but ready to move is always a plus for immediate ROI.

D
Divya Garg29 Mar

Investment ke liye? Bhai, both are good options, but depends on your risk appetite. Godrej Woods is still under construction, so risk thoda zyada hai. Vedantam is safer but maybe less appreciation potential?

Vedantam is good for immediate rent, no doubt. But Godrej Woods mein, they're promising a 'forest theme'. If they deliver, it could be a game changer. Sector 43 is also becoming a posh area.

k
kunal_gupta29 Mar

'Forest theme'? Sounds like marketing gimmick to me. Dekhna, maintenance charges sky high honge!

Sector 43 is good, but traffic is a nightmare. Vedantam is better connected.
