Godrej Woods vs Radicon Vedantam: Which is worth it?

I'm based in Dubai and can't visit. Godrej Woods looks good but is under construction. Radicon Vedantam is ready to move. Is OC obtained? Which has better rental potential? Honestly not sure.

Have you considered other options in Noida Extension? Prices are lower there, but the connectivity is improving.

Tough choice! Both have pros and cons. I'd personally lean towards Vedantam because it's ready to move. But Godrej Woods does have that brand appeal.

Brand appeal is important for resale value. But ultimately, it depends on your needs and risk appetite.

So, what did you decide? Which one are you going with?

Sector 43 is getting crowded. Traffic is a nightmare. Vedantam is better in that regard. Less congested.

I heard the new metro line is going to connect to Sector 43. That might improve connectivity for Godrej Woods in the future.

Vedantam is older construction, right? Godrej Woods is newer. The quality of construction will be different.

Which floor are you looking at? High floor or low floor? That will affect the rental yield.

I think Godrej Woods has a better long-term investment potential. Sector 43 is going to develop further. But for immediate rental income, Vedantam is a safer bet.

Godrej Woods is too far inside. Connectivity is an issue. Vedantam is better located near the expressway.

Don't forget to factor in the circle rates. Noida mein circle rates are increasing, so property tax will also go up.

Personally, I'd go with ready-to-move. Less headache. Under construction mein you never know what might happen. Plus, interest rates are rising, so waiting is not a good idea.

Godrej Woods ka marketing bahut strong hai. But ground reality is different. I visited the site last month, and the progress is slow. Be careful.

I invested in Godrej Woods a year ago. Price appreciation is decent so far. But construction speed is slow. They promised possession by next year, let's see if they keep their word.

Next year? Which tower are you in? I heard Tower A is further delayed. Builder log hamesha late karte hain yaar.

What's the current rate per sqft in Godrej Woods? I'm also considering it.

Vedantam is ready to move, that's a big plus. But Godrej Woods mein amenities are supposed to be top-notch. Swimming pool, clubhouse, everything. Which one has better connectivity to the metro?

Bhai, rental potential is good for both. Sector 16C and Sector 43 are prime locations. NRIs are their target audience, so they can charge a premium. But maintenance charges check karna important hai.

Vedantam mein OC nahi mila abhi tak, I think. RERA number check karo. Don't trust what the builder says.

RERA number batao koi. I can check online.

Godrej Woods is definitely premium, bhai. But Radicon's location is better imo. Sector 16C, closer to everything. Rental potential dono ka achha hai, depends on the unit size. OC ka I'm not sure, someone else will have to confirm.

Don't blindly trust Godrej just because of the brand name. Check the fine print, especially the payment schedule. Under construction mein phas sakte ho. Vedantam at least you can see what you're getting.

Vedantam mein OC mila hai kya? Anyone has recent experience with Radicon? Their other projects kaafi delayed the pehle.
