Finally done with landlords, Noida flat hunt begins!

Fed up of renting! Landlord raised rent *again*. I'm looking at Skytech Matrott and Radicon Vedantam. Skytech is complete, so no possession risk, right? But Radicon Vedantam seems cheaper per sqft. Is it worth saving a few lakhs but risking builder delays? Also, which one has better metro connectivity for daily commute? What do you guys think?

Don't forget to factor in registration charges and other hidden costs! They can add up quickly.

RERA registration number check karo for both projects. See if there are any complaints or violations.

So, what are you leaning towards now, OP? Still considering Vedantam or leaning towards the safer option with Skytech?

Skytech. No brainer.

Metro connectivity wise, both are decent. But remember, Sector 76 metro station gets crowded during peak hours.

Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Maybe explore options there too? Little further, but more planned and less congested.

Check amenities completion before booking in Skytech. I made that mistake in my previous apartment. They promised everything, but half the stuff is still not functional.

Thanks for all the advice guys! The price difference is around 8 lakhs. Vedantam is offering a really sweet deal, but hearing all these builder horror stories is making me nervous.

8 lakhs is a good amount. But peace of mind is priceless. Think about it carefully.

Skytech Matrott is in Sector 76, right? That area is developing rapidly. Good investment if you ask me.

Personally, I'd go with Skytech for peace of mind. Builder delays are a real headache. Been there, done that.

What's the price difference between the two, OP? Lakhs mein kitna farak hai?

That's the crucial question! If it's just a few lakhs, go for Skytech. If it's a substantial difference, then you need to weigh the risks carefully.

Radicon Vedantam... I heard they had some issues with approvals initially. Check with a lawyer before putting any money down.

Noida mein property lena is like a gamble, yaar! Builder kab bhag jaye, pata nahi chalta.

Skytech is almost ready toh possession risk kam hai. But Radicon is selling cheaper for a reason. Think long term. If you can manage renting for another year or two, Vedantam might be worth it.

Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Landlord kept increasing rent every year. Finally bought in Sector 75. Best decision ever!

Vedantam's location is good, near the FNG expressway. But builder reputation is questionable. Check online reviews thoroughly.

Questionable is an understatement! I know someone who booked in their project in Greater Noida West... still waiting for possession after 5 years!

Did you check the maintenance charges for Skytech? Sometimes, even with no possession risk, the high maintenance eats into your savings.

Skytech Matrott is good, no doubt, but Radicon Vedantam has potential if you're willing to wait. Depends on your risk appetite, bhai. Metro connectivity dono jagah almost same hi hai, walking distance toh hai hi.

Walking distance? Skytech is closer to the station, Vedantam is a bit of a trek, especially in the summer heat!

Rent increase is a nightmare! I feel you. I'd say check RERA records for Radicon. Builder ka past projects kaise the, possession mila kya time pe? That's the key.

Don't just look at the sqft rate, look at the carpet area! Skytech might have a higher sqft rate but a better carpet area to super area ratio.
