Honestly, possession status matters a lot. Jaypee Wish Town Klassic has ready units, less risk. Amrapali Eden Park, though, I'm not sure about the current delivery timelines. Anyone has first-hand experience? Also, how's the actual carpet area in Jaypee compared to the advertised sqft? Is it worth the extra cost?
