Amrapali Eden Park: Brochure vs reality? Anyone else?

Site visit to Amrapali Eden Park showed amenities are still under construction. Meanwhile, Dridha Elite is ready to move. Is the lower price of Dridha Elite worth the smaller sqft? I'm worried about hidden charges later in Amrapali. Has anyone faced possession delays there? What's been your experience?
