ACE Group vs Unitech in Noida: Which to choose?

Hi everyone, I'm planning to invest in a property in Noida and I'm considering two options: ACE Group Platinum Zeta 1 and Unitech Unihomes Superb. Both projects are completed so possession is not an issue. I'm a bit confused about which one to go for. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the construction quality of ACE Group projects in general? I've heard mixed reviews. Unitech ka track record is also something I'm concerned about, given their past issues. Has anyone experienced any problems with Unitech Unihomes Superb in terms of maintenance or construction defects? Location-wise, are both projects equally accessible? Which one offers better connectivity to the metro and other important areas of Noida? Also, what about the amenities? Which project has better amenities and features like a swimming pool, gym, and security? Mujhe advice chahiye on which project offers better value for money in the long run, considering both resale value and rental potential. What do you think? Which one would you recommend and why?
