Mahagun Moderne vs ACC Homes - which is better society?

Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Looking at Mahagun Moderne and ACC Homes in Noida. Moderne is ready to move, but ACC Homes is much cheaper. I'm confused. Is the extra cost of Moderne worth it for a better society and less maintenance hassle? Any thoughts?
