Noida real estate: Amrapali Eden Park or Jaypee Klassic?

Is Amrapali Eden Park really worth the premium over Jaypee Wish Town Klassic? I'm talking carpet area, because brochure mein toh sab sahi dikhta hai. Possession was in March, so I've got first-hand experience now. Honestly, the usable space in Eden Park feels less than advertised, and for that price? Jaypee Klassic seems like better value, especially if you're okay with the location. Metro connectivity bhi utna farak nahi hai, tbh. Everyone glorifies Amrapali's brand name, but nobody talks about the maintenance charges, which are insane. What's the resale market looking like for both?
