Amrapali Eden Park suna hai delay hua tha. Construction quality kaisi hai actually? Pride India Regal Residency mein kisi ne recently possession liya hai? My parents keep saying Amrapali ka naam kharab hai, but their projects look good online. Honestly not sure if I should trust that. Cracks vagera toh nahi aate na after a few years? I booked a flat in Pride Regal Residency last year. Possession is delayed by 6 months already. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol.

Mere dost ne Regal Residency mein 2BHK liya tha 2 saal pehle. He's happy with the construction quality, but the maintenance charges are high.

@U11, Market is hot right now. Interest rates are low, and property prices are rising. Good time for investment, but be careful. Noida Extension is still risky.

@U3, relative ka project Amrapali Sapphire tha, years ago. But still, builder reputation matters. Pride ka Regal Residency dekha tha maine. Location wise acha hai, but construction quality was average. Nothing great.
Sector 150 mein rate toh bahut badh gaya hai. Is it worth buying now? Or should I wait?
@U5, rate is only going up! New metro line ka announcement hua hai, aur badhega. Abhi le lo, bhai. Thoda loan leke bhi, it's better than paying even more later.
Amrapali ka toh bhul jao. Supreme Court ne bhi kuch nahi kiya. Paisa dub jayega. Pride is a safer bet, but still, due diligence is important.
Pride Regal Residency mein amenities complete hain kya? Swimming pool, clubhouse... sab bana diya? Last time I checked, adha adhura tha.

Amrapali ka naam toh sunte hi darr lagta hai. Eden Park delay hua tha, sahi baat hai. Pride Regal Residency, haven't heard much recently. Quality wise, I'd be wary of Amrapali. Mere relative ka experience bahut kharab tha unke dusre project mein. Cracks toh definitely aate hain, bhai.
Pride Group is generally better than Amrapali, even now. Amrapali is a gone case. But still, check Pride's completion record carefully. RERA mein sab details mil jaayenge.
