ACC Homes wins on carpet area, Regal Residency on price.

Been trying to invest from Dubai. ACC Homes and Pride India Regal Residency both look decent. ACC's carpet area seems better, important for tenants, right? Regal Residency's price is lower, but what's the catch? Anyone know actual possession timelines for both? Need easy rental management, so resale value matters too.

Also consider the amenities. Are they actually building the promised swimming pool, gym, etc.? I made that mistake once.

Rising property rates, upcoming Jewar airport... Noida is still a good investment, even with the builder issues.

So, what's the final decision? Which one are you leaning towards?

ACC Homes wins on location and carpet area. Regal Residency is cheaper, but that comes with risks. If you can afford it, ACC Homes is the safer bet.

Check the fine print! Hidden charges are a big problem. Advocate se consult karo before signing anything.

Be careful! Many builders promise the moon before booking, and then... nothing. Visit the site yourself, if possible. Get someone you trust to do it for you.

Possession mila kya kisi ko Regal Residency mein? Heard some horror stories about delays.

Not yet, bhai. Still waiting. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol.

Sector 150 is the place to be! Greenery, good schools, everything nearby. ACC Homes is a good choice for families.

I checked RERA registration for Regal Residency last month. It's valid, but the completion date is way off from what they initially promised.

I bought in Sector 75 three years ago. Prices have doubled since then! Abhi market thoda slow hai, but long term it's a good investment.

What's the price difference between the two? And what carpet area are we talking about for ACC Homes? Numbers please!

ACC Homes ka carpet area around 750 sq ft for a 2BHK. Regal Residency ka 700 sq ft, but overall price is maybe 5-7 lakhs cheaper.

Don't just look at carpet area, look at super area too. Some builders are sneaky.

Rental management ke liye, ACC Homes is better. They have tie-ups with some property management companies. Regal Residency, I don't know much about.

Possession timelines are always a gamble, especially in Noida. RERA mein check karo, that's the only way to get some kind of realistic date.

Regal Residency is cheaper because... well, let's just say their construction quality isn't exactly top-notch. I know someone who booked there and is already regretting it.

Haan yaar, Noida mein toh yahi problem hai. Cheap homes often mean compromises on quality.

Quality toh important hai! I'd rather pay more for a better build. Living there, after all!

From Dubai, you need to consider rental yield after purchase. Check property rates in sector 150 and near Pari Chowk on proptiger and magicbricks.

ACC Homes is good for rental. I have a flat there. Getting decent rent. Easy to manage.

ACC Homes is good, but Regal Residency... *sigh*. Dekho, price mein toh farak rahega hi. Carpet area is definitely a plus for tenants, you're right about that. But Regal's location might be better depending on which sector you're looking at.

Bhai, Regal Residency ka naam suna hai? Builder ka track record check kiya? I'd be wary of going just by price.

Exactly! Sasta roye baar baar, mehenga roye ek baar. Better to pay a bit more for peace of mind.

ACC Homes is decent. Sector 150, right? Good connectivity. But Regal Residency ka location bhi achha hai, near Pari Chowk. Depends on your priorities I guess.
