Gardenia Grace mein itna price jump worth it hai?

Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Chauhan Residency looks affordable, but Gardenia Grace is almost double the price. Is the carpet area difference really that much better? Plus, it's ready to move, unlike Chauhan. Already have a home loan, so EMI matters. Is the extra space and OC worth the bigger EMI? Any thoughts?

Sector 150 mein bhi options dekho. Avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. You might find something comparable to Chauhan Residency but with better amenities.

From what I've seen, Gardenia Grace 2BHK is around 1200 sq ft carpet, Chauhan Residency is maybe 900-950. Big difference.

Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago! Opted for a slightly smaller, but ready to move apartment in Sector 75. No regrets so far. Peace of mind is priceless.

I bought in Gardenia Grace 5 years ago. Back then, the price difference wasn't this huge. Location is great, connectivity is good, but now, with the price jump, I'm not so sure it's worth it.

Gardenia Grace is definitely premium, but double the price of Chauhan Residency? Seems steep. Carpet area toh definitely zyada hoga, but is it worth the extra EMI? Depends on your budget and family size, I guess.
