Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. Chauhan Residency looks affordable, but Gardenia Grace is almost double the price. Is the carpet area difference really that much better? Plus, it's ready to move, unlike Chauhan. Already have a home loan, so EMI matters. Is the extra space and OC worth the bigger EMI? Any thoughts?

So, what did you decide? Gardenia Grace or Chauhan Residency?
Just a thought: with interest rates going up, maybe hold off on upgrading for a bit? Market might cool down.
Be careful - I heard Gardenia Grace mein some towers have seepage problems. Check thoroughly before you book.
I think you should visit both sites and get a feel for the place yourself. Pictures can be deceiving.
Don't just look at the carpet area. Also consider the layout of the apartment. A well-designed smaller apartment can feel more spacious than a poorly designed larger one.
Which floor are you considering in Gardenia Grace? Higher floors usually command a premium.
Ultimately, it's a personal decision. Weigh the pros and cons of both properties and see which one aligns better with your needs and budget.
Sector 150 mein bhi options dekho. Avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. You might find something comparable to Chauhan Residency but with better amenities.
OC mila kya Gardenia Grace ko? That's important!
Haan, OC is clear for most towers in Gardenia Grace. But double check for the specific tower you're interested in.
Honestly, if EMI is a big concern, Chauhan Residency might be the better option. But do your due diligence on the builder.
Another thing to consider is the amenities. Gardenia Grace has a much better clubhouse, swimming pool, etc. Chauhan Residency mein kya kya hai?
Carpet area difference kitna hai exactly? Numbers batao bhai!
From what I've seen, Gardenia Grace 2BHK is around 1200 sq ft carpet, Chauhan Residency is maybe 900-950. Big difference.
EMI calculator use karo. Factor in the down payment, interest rate, and loan tenure. See if the difference is manageable.
Don't forget to consider future resale value. Gardenia Grace will likely have better appreciation due to the brand and location.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago! Opted for a slightly smaller, but ready to move apartment in Sector 75. No regrets so far. Peace of mind is priceless.
Gardenia Grace mein maintenance charges kya hai? That can also add up to a significant amount every month.
I bought in Gardenia Grace 5 years ago. Back then, the price difference wasn't this huge. Location is great, connectivity is good, but now, with the price jump, I'm not so sure it's worth it.
Connectivity toh definitely improved with the new metro line extension. But price hike is crazy everywhere in Noida.
Ready to move is a big plus point for Gardenia Grace. Avoids the risk of delays. Chauhan Residency mein possession kab tak milega?
Possession date is what, 2026? At least that's what they're claiming. Builder ne phir date extend kar diya toh...?
Gardenia Grace is definitely premium, but double the price of Chauhan Residency? Seems steep. Carpet area toh definitely zyada hoga, but is it worth the extra EMI? Depends on your budget and family size, I guess.
Exactly! Budget is key. Chauhan Residency is decent enough for a smaller family. GG is more for those who want the extra space and can afford it.
Chauhan Residency...hmm, builder ka reputation check kiya? Noida mein builders ka kuch bharosa nahi.
Bhai, I agree. Heard some whispers about delayed possessions in Chauhan's other projects. Thoda research kar lo.
True that! RERA registration number check karo before you commit. Better safe than sorry.
