Amrapali Eden Park: Reality vs Promised Land?

Thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK. Heard Amrapali projects mein possession delays are common? Pride Group better toh hai na for on-time delivery? Change my mind. Already have a home loan, don't want more delays.

Thanks everyone for the valuable insights! Seems like Pride is the better option, but I'll definitely do a thorough check before making a decision. Will update you all on what I decide.

All the best! Hope you find your dream home without any delays. Noida mein ghar lena is a rollercoaster ride!

U1, what's your budget and preferred location? Maybe we can suggest some other options too.

I heard some new projects are coming up near Jewar Airport. Might be worth exploring for long-term investment.

Jewar Airport is still far away. Better to stick to Noida for now.

Don't just rely on online reviews. Visit the site, talk to existing residents, and get a feel for the place yourself.

Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite. But with Amrapali, the risk is very high. Pride is a better, but not perfect, alternative.

What's the current rate per sq ft in Eden Park and Pride's Sector 150 project? Just curious.

Eden Park mein toh rate gire hue hai, because of the uncertainty. Sector 150 mein Pride is quoting around 7k-7.5k per sq ft, depending on the floor and facing.

Check Magicbricks or 99acres for the latest rates. They are usually pretty accurate.

Another thing to consider is the builder-buyer agreement. Read it carefully. Amrapali's agreement was heavily skewed in their favor.

I think you're right to be wary of Amrapali. Pride is definitely a safer bet, but do your homework. Check the project's approvals, RERA details, and construction quality before investing. Good luck!

One more thing - check the amenities completion rate. Many builders promise fancy amenities but never deliver. I made that mistake once.

Sector 150 is good, connectivity bhi achi hai with the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. But Pride ka construction quality kaisa hai? Anyone has firsthand experience?

I visited their site a few weeks back. Finishings seemed decent, better than some other builders in the area. But personally, I'm more worried about the long-term maintenance.

My cousin owns a flat in their project near Pari Chowk. He says the construction quality is alright, nothing exceptional, but livable. Just check everything thoroughly before you finalize.

Pride ka reputation toh achha hai. Amrapali ka to RERA bhi cancel ho gaya tha kuch projects ka. Be very careful.

I bought in Amrapali Eden Park back in 2014. Promised possession in 2017, still waiting! Lost all hope. Switch to Pride if you can afford it. Don't repeat my mistake.

Eden Park mein toh abhi bhi litigation chal raha hai na? Heard some buyers are planning a protest. Risky investment, stay away.

Bhai, Amrapali ka naam mat lo. My friend invested in Dream Valley, abhi tak phase hue hai. Pride Group is definitely better, but still do your due diligence.

Agree with U2. Amrapali is a mess. Pride Group ka Sector 150 wala project dekha hai? Looks promising, but check RERA registration first.
