Just moved into Pride India Regal Residency. Customer support is responsive, which is a plus. Amrapali Eden Park ka kya scene hai? Heard horror stories about possession delays. Also, anyone know if Pride charges extra for preferred location charges (PLC) at the last minute? Trying to figure out if I made the right choice. Any thoughts?

So, overall, Regal Residency is better but be prepared for potential PLC issues. Amrapali... run!
RERA number check karna is a must before investing in any property in Noida. Don't rely on what the builder tells you.

I heard Pride is launching a new phase in Regal Residency. Any info on that? Price, floor plans, etc.?
PLC is a standard practice, unfortunately. But it should be disclosed upfront. Pride should be more transparent.
Amrapali Eden Park toh disaster hai. Avoid at all costs. Regal Residency is definitely the better choice, even with the PLC hassles.
Market is crazy right now. Interest rates are up, and property prices are soaring. Is it really the right time to buy?
@U17 That's what I'm wondering too. Renting seems like a better option for now. At least until the market cools down a bit.

Sector 150 is booming though. New metro line is a game changer. But Amrapali... stay far away.
Pride is generally okay. But always double-check the fine print. Mera friend ka parking space ka issue hua tha after possession.
Anyone has recent experience with possession in Pride Regal Residency? How long did it take after the OC was received?
OC mila kya? I heard they were having some issues with the fire department NOC.
@U11 I got possession 3 months after the OC. But the paperwork was a nightmare. Be prepared to run around a lot.
I bought a resale flat in Sector 75. Much safer option than dealing with these builders directly. At least you know what you're getting.
Regal Residency mein PLC ka scene toh hai. They tried to charge me extra for a corner unit, saying it's 'premium'. Fight karna pada!
Eden Park? Seriously? U1 is right. That project is a mess. RERA website pe check karo, so many complaints.
@U2 Kitna PLC charge kar rahe the? And which floor are you on? Just curious.
They wanted an extra 2 lakhs for the corner unit on the 12th floor. I argued that it wasn't disclosed earlier. Eventually, they backed down after a lot of drama.
I invested in Amrapali Eden Park back in 2015. Still waiting for possession. Court cases chal rahe hai. Total waste of money.
@U7 Oh man, I feel your pain. Amrapali group is a nightmare. Did you at least get some compensation from the court?
Pride Regal Residency is decent, I agree. Amrapali Eden Park... bhai, god save you if you're looking there. Possession toh bhool hi jao.
