Anyone compared carpet area in Chauhan Residency versus Pride India Regal Residency? Brochures are so misleading. I'm seeing a huge difference between advertised and usable space, especially in 2BHKs. Frankly, Regal Residency feels cramped. Chauhan seems to offer slightly better layout, but is it worth the higher price? The data shows that carpet area efficiency impacts resale value a lot. From my experience, it's better to pay a bit more for space. Also, anyone know the actual maintenance charges in both? Heard Regal Residency has hidden costs popping up after OC. Need real user feedback, not just marketing fluff. Should I prioritize space over slightly lower initial cost?

I visited both last month. Chauhan definitely has a better layout. Regal felt very...efficient, if you know what I mean. But is that 'efficiency' worth the compromise? I'm leaning towards Chauhan as well, but the price is giving me heartburn.
Totally agree yaar! Brochures are just fantasies. Regal Residency 2BHK felt like a pigeonhole. Chauhan is pricier, but space matters, especially if you plan to rent it out later. Good investment, otherwise you'll be stuck in a cramped space.
