Noida property - confused about resale value

Okay I'll be honest—I'm worried about resale. Everyone says location matters most. Is The Antriksh Aralis better long-term than Dridha Elite despite Elite's lower price point? Change my mind.

I think both are decent options, but due diligence is key. Don't rely solely on what people say online. Visit the sites, talk to residents if possible.

Remember to factor in registration costs and other hidden charges. They can add up significantly!

Did you check the master plan of the area? Future infrastructure development can impact resale value a lot.

So, what did you decide, OP? Which one are you leaning towards now?

At the end of the day, it depends on your budget and priorities. Good luck with your decision!

Current market is a bit slow. Rates are rising due to inflation. Negotiate hard with the builder!

Personally, I'd lean towards Antriksh Aralis for the location advantage, *if* they can guarantee timely possession. Otherwise, it's a gamble.

Elite is probably targeting first-time homebuyers with that price point. But resale might be tough later.

Check the builder's financial health too! Many builders are struggling with debt these days.

Antriksh Aralis, I've heard, has better amenities. But are they actually completed and functional? Check before you book, I made that mistake last time. Swimming pool is still 'under construction' after 3 years lol.

Totally agree yaar! Amenities are a big selling point, but often just marketing gimmicks.

U12, which project was that? So we can avoid it!

New metro line is coming up near Pari Chowk, so Antriksh Aralis might benefit more in the long run. Just a thought.

Possession mila kya kisi ko Dridha Elite mein? I heard they are still facing some approvals issues. Anyone confirm?

Approvals issues are always a red flag! Be very careful, U16.

Last I checked, possession was promised by end of this year. But builders are notorious for extending dates lol.

Dridha Elite ka RERA status kya hai? Check karo before investing.

Sector 150 is booming right now, maybe consider that area too? Price appreciation is pretty good.

I am also confused between these two! Any idea about the current circle rates in both areas?

Don't just look at the price point. Check the carpet area offered in both. Elite might seem cheaper, but per sqft cost can be higher if the carpet area is less.

Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with a different builder in Sector 75. I lost a lot of money. Now I am very cautious. Don't rush!

I feel you, resale is a big headache. Antriksh Aralis has better connectivity, closer to the expressway. Dridha Elite is kinda interior, but new construction. Tough call. Depends on your risk appetite, I guess.

Bhai, location is king, no doubt. But check Antriksh's construction quality. Heard mixed reviews. Elite might be cheaper now, but finishing quality should be your priority. Sasta roye baar baar, mehenga roye ek baar.

Dridha Elite's price is tempting, but Antriksh Aralis is closer to Pari Chowk, right? Future development chances are higher. Anyone has recent experience with Dridha builders? Their website is vague.

S
Shilpa Dhiman30 Mar

I invested in Antriksh 5 years ago in a different project. Delayed possession by 2 years! Be careful. RERA registration number check karna zaroor.

shalini_menon_abc30 Mar

Haan, exactly! That's my fear. Which project was it, U4? So we can all be aware.

k
kritika.gupta.200130 Mar

U4, thanks for the heads up! I'll definitely check RERA. Builder ka track record is crucial.

Delayed possession is a norm in Noida, unfortunately. But 2 years is too much! Did you get any compensation?
