Amrapali Eden Park vs Pride India Regal Residency - help!

Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75. Thinking of upgrading. Amrapali Eden Park mein rate thoda kam hai. Pride India Regal Residency ka construction quality kaisa hai? Anyone faced hidden charges with either? Is the price jump worth it? Batao yaar!

I'd suggest visiting both sites multiple times, at different times of the day. See the actual construction, talk to residents. Don't rely solely on online reviews.

Mera personal experience: Regal Residency mein they promised a lot during booking, but delivered less. Swimming pool is half the size they showed in the brochure.

Price jump is worth it if you plan to stay long term. Regal Residency has better resale value, I believe.

Don't just look at the price, also check the carpet area. Some builders cheat on that. Eden Park might seem cheaper, but carpet area kam hoga.

I invested in Regal Residency 5 years ago. ROI is decent, but the hassle of dealing with the builder was a nightmare. Soch samajh ke lena.

Sector 75 se upgrade karna is a good idea. But both have their pros and cons. Regal Residency ka location better hai, near the metro.

Metro toh ab har jagah aa raha hai. Location isn't the only factor. What about society maintenance charges? Eden Park mein kya hai?

Eden Park mein maintenance is less but facilities are basic. Regal Residency has better amenities but you pay for it. Mera friend rehta hai wahan.

Haan, RERA number verified. But RERA is just a formality these days. Builders still do what they want.

Regal Residency is good, but check the fine print. Hidden charges toh har jagah milenge. I heard they charge extra for parking now. Avoid corner units, seepage problem hai.
