Eldeco 7 Peaks: Good ROI or not?

Kya aap logon ko pata hai about Eldeco 7 Peaks Residences? Dekha maine ek video – they talk about 7 towers over 7.5 acres. I'm looking for investment opportunities in Noida. Video mein they compare it to Godrej Arden. Is the location in Omicron 1 actually prime? I'm thinking long-term ROI. Is it a good investment, ya koi aur project better rahega?
