ACE Parkway Possession: On time or delayed?

Saw this video about ACE Parkway in Sec-150, Noida. Looks pretty swanky, ngl. They're saying it's ready to move, but I'm always skeptical about these timelines. Anyone have experience with Ace Group projects? Did they deliver on time? I'm looking at similar projects around Noida Expressway and trying to figure out who's actually reliable. Is it worth the risk, or should I look elsewhere? What's your take?
