Came across this video about investment hotspots in Noida, and it featured ACE Verde. Sector 22, Yamuna Expressway location. Anyone have thoughts on its appreciation potential? The video touched on it briefly, but I'm trying to figure out if the current pricing justifies the long-term ROI, especially compared to other projects nearby. Rental yield prospects seem decent, but I'm not sure. What's your take on investing there now?
