Ready to move is the only way to go in Noida, fight me

I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent AGAIN! I'm finally taking the plunge. I'm looking at ready-to-move options. Jaypee Augusta Town Home vs SM Skycon Heights... anyone has experience? Skycon seems cheap, but is it cheap for a reason? Augusta is safer, right? Need advice!
