Paramount Floraville vs Shaurya Alstonia: Resale Value?

I'm based in Dubai, so can't easily check things myself. Shaurya Alstonia looks cheaper now, but will Paramount Floraville have better resale value later? Kya kisi ko pata hai? Also, maintenance costs for both? Need a property manager, so rental income is important. Which one's better for renting out?
