Golden Nest 2 or Paramount Floraville - confused!

I'm based in Dubai and trying to invest in Noida, but can't do a site inspection myself. I'm looking at Golden Nest 2 and Paramount Floraville. Big price difference, right? Golden Nest 2 is like, entry-level, while Floraville is proper crore-plus. Is it worth stretching for Floraville? Matlab, rental potential sahi hai kya? My main worry is resale value down the line. Will Floraville appreciate more because it's already ready to move? Or Golden Nest 2 because it's cheaper, so more people can afford it later? Also, need a property manager. Any recommendations for that too? Honestly not sure which way to go. Any advice? Hope someone can help me out here.
