Okay I'll say what no one says: Paramount Floraville is expensive for what it is. I work in real estate, so I see through the super area vs carpet area games. Honestly, the usable space feels cramped for the price. Jaypee Augusta Town Home, on the other hand, is ready to move. That's a big plus, no possession delay headaches. But Jaypee… builder trust factor is always a question, isn't it? What's the real maintenance cost in Jaypee, off the record? I'm also thinking resale value in 5 years. Which will appreciate more? Everyone glorifies Floraville's location, but is it worth the premium? Change my mind.
