Alstonia looks better on paper, but is it worth the extra cost? My wife's priority is a safe, gated community for the kids. Harit Heights is COMPLETED, so no possession risk, right? But Alstonia mein, maybe, better ROI in 5 years? Honestly not sure which one will attract better tenants later on. Change my mind. Which one is actually better for a family moving in? Batao yaar.
