Ready to move is less risky, but is it worth it?

Golden Nest 2 is cheaper than Vihaan 107. But, is it worth paying double for Vihaan? Carpet area kitna milega? Ready to move sahi hai, but resale value mein kya scene hai?

Ultimately, it depends on your budget and priorities. If you can afford Vihaan 107, go for it. If not, Golden Nest 2 is not a bad option either.

I think Vihaan 107 is worth it if you are looking for a long-term investment. But if you are planning to sell in a few years, Golden Nest 2 might be a better option.

New metro line is coming up near Sector 107. That will definitely boost the resale value of Vihaan 107.

I think Vihaan 107 is overpriced. There are other good options in Noida Extension.

Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake with my last property. Swimming pool is still not functional after 2 years!

Don't just look at the carpet area. Check the super area too. They inflate it like anything!

Be careful - Golden Nest 2 ka builder has 3 delayed projects already. Check their track record carefully.

Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Vihaan 107 is probably around that rate. Golden Nest 2 is probably 5.5-6k/sqft.

I bought in Sector 75 three years ago. Tab rates kam they. Abhi toh rates skyrocket ho gaye hain. Lucky tha main.

Carpet area ke liye RERA registration number check karo. Builder usually kam batata hai.

Golden Nest 2 is cheaper for a reason, bhai. Vihaan 107 is prime location, better construction quality. But double? That's a big question. Dekhna padega carpet area kitna mil raha hai.

U3, amenities dekho bhai. Vihaan mein swimming pool, gym, clubhouse sab hai. Golden Nest mein kya hai?

U3, location is everything. Sector 107 is developing fast. Also, Vihaan ka finishing is way better than Golden Nest.
