Hi, I'm confused between ACE Platinum Zeta 1 and Unitech Unihomes Superb in Noida. Location-wise, which one has better connectivity to the metro? Kya kisi ko pata hai? Also, what's your experience with the construction quality of both projects? Unitech ka track record thoda shaky lagta hai. Price-wise, is ACE Platinum Zeta 1 worth the extra cost? Which one offers better value for money considering the amenities and future appreciation? Mujhe advice chahiye. Has anyone invested in either of these? Which one would you recommend for long-term investment in Noida? What do you think?

Sector 148 is closer to ACE Platinum Zeta 1, I believe.
Don't forget to factor in the registration charges and other hidden costs when comparing prices!
Good point, U11! Those hidden costs can add up quickly.
Ultimately, it depends on your budget and risk appetite. But based on what everyone's saying, ACE seems like the safer, more premium option.
U15, thanks for the info on maintenance charges. That's helpful!
U9, I'm on the 10th floor. Rental yield is around 3.5% right now.
U6, 3.5% is decent. Thanks for sharing!
Connectivity to which metro station is better with ACE? Sector 148 or 142?
So, overall consensus is ACE is better but more expensive? Is the difference in price justified by the quality and location?
In my opinion, yes. Long term, the better quality and location will pay off.
Thanks everyone for the advice! It seems like ACE Platinum Zeta 1 is the better option, despite the higher price. I'll do some more research on the legal aspects of Unitech Unihomes.
What about the RERA approvals for both projects? Are they all clear?
Always double-check the RERA approvals! Don't take anyone's word for it.
ACE Platinum Zeta 1 has better resale value, from what I've seen.
Unitech Unihomes used to be a good deal, but now with all the delays and issues... ACE seems like the safer bet, albeit more expensive.
Exactly! 'Safer bet' is the key here. Peace of mind is worth something.
I've visited both sites. ACE felt much more premium and well-maintained, even during construction. Unitech felt a bit...rushed?
Does anyone know about the current legal status of Unitech Unihomes? Heard there were some issues.
Yeah, there are still some legal battles going on. Best to check with a lawyer before investing.
U8, maintenance charges for ACE Platinum Zeta 1 are around 3-4 rupees per sq ft, I believe. Confirm with the builder though.
Has anyone invested in either of these? Which one would you recommend for long-term investment in Noida? What do you think?
I invested in ACE Platinum Zeta 1 a year ago. So far, so good. The rent I'm getting is decent.
I looked into Unitech Unihomes, but the delayed possession issues with other Unitech projects scared me off. Went with something else entirely.
ACE Platinum Zeta 1 mein maintenance charges kitne hain? Any idea?
U6, what floor did you invest in at ACE? And what's the approximate rental yield you're getting?

I've heard ACE Platinum Zeta 1 has slightly better metro connectivity. Unitech Unihomes is a bit further inside.
Unitech's construction quality is definitely a concern. I've heard mixed reviews. ACE is generally considered better in that aspect.
ACE is more expensive, but the amenities are also better. Think of it as paying for a premium experience. Future appreciation potential is also higher for ACE, I think.
