SM Skycon Heights looks cheap at first glance, right? But that ₹10.85L advertised price? Total BS. I visited and after adding everything – PLC, parking, this 'development charge' nobody tells you about – it nearly doubles. Grisha Orchid Prime seems expensive initially at ₹46.69L, but tbh, it might be less of a headache overall. Anyone else feel like Skycon is just nickel and diming you to death? I'm also worried about the carpet area in Skycon. Feels smaller than advertised. Plus, Grisha is ready to move, so no risk of delays. Is Skycon worth the supposed 'savings' when you factor in all this hidden cost? Just venting, honestly. Share your experiences if you've dealt with either builder.

Bhai, this builder ka track record bahut poor hai. Delayed projects galore. RERA registration number check karo, you'll see.
True that. RERA mein complaints bhi honge kaafi. Worth checking before you commit.
Skycon ka carpet area is definitely smaller than what they claim. I measured it myself during the site visit. Beware!
Totally agree yaar. Skycon ka 'affordable' tag is just a marketing gimmick. Mera dost bhi phas gaya tha. Hidden charges are a nightmare!
Grisha Orchid Prime is definitely a safer bet. Ready to move is a huge plus point. No tension of delays or builder fraud.
