2.5 years since completion, Keya Life pricing seems to have appreciated decently. For investors, what's the actual capital appreciation since launch? Also, how liquid is the secondary market for a quick exit if needed? From my experience, high-end projects can be tricky for resale.

Bhai, ₹4.5 Cr for Keya Life? That's a huge amount for a first-time buyer like me. I've been tracking this project since its launch, and while the location near the lake is great, the appreciation seems more on paper. Is it truly worth sinking that much into a project with only 50 units? Small projects sometimes have issues with society maintenance later on.
Totally agree! High-end projects often have slow appreciation after a point. Resale is a nightmare for these big ticket items
