Shaurya Alstonia is better for families despite the hype.

Vihaan 107 sounds fancy, but Alstonia's carpet area efficiency is better. Kids' school admission is easier nearby too. Change my mind, but that's my take.

Don't forget the connectivity! Alstonia is closer to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. That's a big plus for daily commute.

I visited both sites last week. Vihaan's amenities are definitely more modern, but Alstonia feels more homely.

Carpet area efficiency is key! Builder log super area mein pagal banate hain. Alstonia gives more usable space.

Vihaan 107 mein toh maintenance charges bhi bahut high hai. Alstonia seems more reasonable overall.
