Noida mein Unitech Unihomes Superb aur ACE Platinum Zeta 1 mein se kaunsa better hai? Location aur connectivity ke hisab se kya difference hai? Has anyone experienced the amenities at either? Unihomes Superb toh Sector 99 mein hai aur ACE Platinum Zeta 1 Zeta mein. Connectivity wise, dono ki apni apni advantages hain. Zeta 1 mein Greater Noida Expressway easy access hai.
I've visited ACE Platinum Zeta 1. Amenities are good, especially the clubhouse and sports facilities. But Unitech ka reputation thoda shaky hai, isn't it?
