Landlord ne fir rent badha diya! I'm seriously considering S & U Golden Nest vs Arihant Abode. Arihant's price is crazy high, but ready to move hai. Golden Nest is cheaper, but carpet area kitna hoga? Which one has better resale value, ya ROI?
