Kids have moved out, so I'm selling the big house. JMD Siddh Appartment is ready to move, but DPL Flora Orchid Farms sounds peaceful. Which is better for low maintenance and near hospitals? Don't need fancy amenities, just a good society. Koi batao?

Ultimately, it depends on your priorities. What's more important to you: peace and quiet, or convenience and connectivity? Choose accordingly.
Another thing to consider is the availability of domestic help. Is it easy to find maids and cooks in both locations? Low maintenance also means someone to help around the house.
I think JMD Siddh Apartments is a safer bet, considering all factors. But visit both places and talk to residents before making a final decision.
Don't just look at the apartment, look at the society as a whole. Is it well-maintained? Are there enough security guards? These things matter.
Whatever you do, don't rush into a decision. Take your time, do your research, and choose wisely. This is a big investment.
OP, did you visit both the places yet? What were your initial impressions? That would help us give you better advice.
JMD Siddh Apartment ka possession status kya hai? I heard there were some delays earlier.
Rates are crazy right now. Have you considered waiting a few months? There might be a slight correction after the elections.
Waiting is risky. Rates might go up even further. It's a gamble.
True, especially with the new metro line coming up. Property prices near the stations will definitely increase.
My grandfather lives in a similar society in Indirapuram. He loves the community feeling. That's important for mental well-being. Dekho kaunsa society better community sense deta hai.
Be careful with DPL. I know someone who booked a flat with them 5 years ago, and still hasn't gotten possession. Check their past projects carefully.
Have you considered a retirement home specifically designed for senior citizens? They often have on-site medical facilities. A little more expensive, but worth it.
Flora Orchid Farms sounds nice, but what about daily needs? Grocery stores, pharmacies... are they easily accessible?
That's a very valid point. Senior citizens need everything nearby. Siddh Apartments has more shops within walking distance.
Exactly! My uncle lives near Pari Chowk, and even getting milk is a hassle sometimes!
Don't fall for the builder's marketing. Visit both sites multiple times, talk to residents, and then decide. My experience has taught me that.
True that! Site visit is a must. Pictures can be deceiving.
Sector 75 is becoming too crowded now. And the rates have gone up crazy! U4, you must have got a good deal back then.
Haan, lucky tha main. But now, even resale is expensive. Sector 150 is the only hope for affordable housing.
Sector 150 is far, yaar. Senior citizens need to be closer to facilities.
DPL Flora Orchid Farms ka RERA number check kiya? Sometimes builders make tall claims.
Good point, U7. RERA website pe sab details mil jaate hain. Don't trust anything the builder says blindly.
RERA number is UPxxxx, you can find it easily. But RERA registration doesn't guarantee quality or timely possession, just saying.
My parents live in JMD Siddh Apartments. It's decent, but parking is a nightmare. And the maintenance charges are always increasing. They complain a lot!
JMD Siddh Apartments is okay, but DPL Flora Orchid Farms definitely has more greenery. For senior citizens, peace of mind is important. Have you checked out their clubhouse situation?
Bhai, both are decent options. But low maintenance is key, especially at this stage of life. JMD ka construction quality thoda better hai, I heard.
Flora Orchid Farms is far from the main road. How often do you need to visit the hospital? Connectivity is a big factor, think about it.
I bought in Sector 75 three years ago. Connectivity is great, but construction quality is a big compromise. Always check before you invest.
